Nighthawk Custom has built a reputation for producing top-of-the-line 1911s, renowned for their premier quality. The company prides itself on its meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, evident in every pistol crafted within its workshop. Adhering to the motto “One gun. One gunsmith”, each 1911 undergoes a meticulous handcrafting process, characterized by precision and dedication. Nighthawk extends this passion and artistry to the Fire Hawk 1911, available in the formidable 10mm caliber, embodying their commitment to excellence and performance.

The Fire Hawk boasts a meticulously hand-fitted frame and slide, rear slide serrations, a match-grade bull barrel, optics readiness, and a single-port compensator. Designed to mitigate felt recoil and muzzle rise, the single-port compensator is tailored for handling the potent loads of the 10mm cartridge. Additionally, the Fire Hawk incorporates a full-length guide rod paired with a commander-length spring and reverse plug, ensuring the same reliability as a standard 5” government 1911, while the lightweight slide diminishes reciprocating mass, enhancing performance without increasing the Fire Hawk’s dimensions.

A French Border seamlessly integrates the slide and compensator, presenting a cohesive appearance, while the one-piece magwell, gently flared, facilitates swift reloads. The compensator, featuring a bull nose design, enables smooth draws and re-holstering while maintaining a sleek, aggressive profile.
